Zum Wein:
„Ad Aram“ kommt aus dem lateinischen und bedeutet „an der Ahr“. Der Name wurde in Anlehnung an die römische Vergangenheit dieses Anbaugebietes gewählt.
Die autochthone AHR Frühburgunder-Rebe ist eine sehr seltene Rotweinsorte. Ihr Anbau ist äußerst aufwändig und bringt nur eine kleine Menge Lesegut.
Die gut eingebundenen Vanilletöne, die sich mit dem Geschmack nach Kirsche und Holunder wunderbar ergänzen, sind die „Seele“ dieses barriquegereiften Weines. Die jugendlichen Tannine machen diesen Frühburgunder zu einer wertvollen Besonderheit!
