Zum Wein:
GOODVINES Merlot Rosé alkoholfrei ist ein schonend entalkoholisierter Stillwein.
Er ist eine frische Weinalternative mit einer unaufdringlichen Aromatik roter Früchte wie der Himbeere und zarter Noten anderer roter Beeren.
Hellrot strahlt er im Glas.
Seine samtweiche Textur schmeichelt dem Gaumen, gefolgt von einem erfrischenden Süß-Säure-Spiel auf der Zunge.
Sein harmonisch-fruchtiger Körper macht ihn zum perfekten Genuss für die heißen Tage.
Auch gespritzt mit Mineralwasser und garniert mit einer Orangenzeste oder Zitronengras, eine unkomplizierte und stilvolle Erfrischung für den Sommer.
Die empfohlene Trinktemperatur liegt bei 6-8°C.
Passt gut zu Fisch, Hartkäse, Rind- und Wildgerichten, sowie Wildgeflügel.

Der Merlot Rosé wurde im Edelstahltank ausgebaut.

zur Herstellung:
Während der sogenannten Vakuumdestillation verdampft der im Wein enthaltene Alkohol bereits bei 30° Celsius.
Somit bleiben nicht nur die feinen Bukettnoten, sondern auch leicht flüchtige Aromastoffe, die sonst bei der Destillation verloren gehen, erhalten.
Der Wein bewahrt somit seinen authentischen Geschmack.
